Position Objective :

Support projects and activities related to continuous improvement by using analytical methodologies.

Majors :

Industrial Engineer or related Fields.

Academic Level :

Student in the final semesters or currently eligible for professional internship.

Preferred Knowledge :

  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and / or Six Sigma.
  • Process mapping (VSM).Data analysis (Intermediate / Advanced Excel, Power BI is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Soft Skills :
  • Proactive.
  • Organized.
  • Creative.

Language : Fluent English.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the identification of improvements.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of visual factory.
  • Document procedures and workflows.
  • Take part in training or awareness activities related to continuous improvement.
