We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data analytics to extract valuable insights from large datasets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts , to develop predictive models and AI‑powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning (ML) and statistical techniques .
  • Build, train, and optimize ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn .
  • Develop deep learning, NLP, or computer vision solutions (if applicable).
  • Implement model validation, A / B testing, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Work with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Databricks .
  • Deploy models on AWS, GCP, or Azure AI platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).

Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker .
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, executives, and product teams .
  • Work closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines.
  • Deploy ML models into production with MLOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD).

    • Required Qualifications & Skills

    Technical Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL .
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines .
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments .

    • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics .
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision .
  • Familiarity with AI Ethics, Responsible AI, and Explainable AI .
