Overview
A site-level position, providing direct support to support the health of employees and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.
Responsibilities
- Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.
- Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work.
- Updating and developing the medical department procedures.
- Employees’ medical care.
- Supervision of medical staff.
Education / Experience Qualifications
A minimum of a Doctor titled with professional identity card is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.Other Qualifications
Intermediate decision making and problem solving.Discretion and knowledge of policies of privacy.Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects.Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.Computer skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and internet-based systems.General office equipment and materials.Physical Requirements
