This strategic role will ensure full regulatory compliance, optimize cost structures, reinforce financial controls, and align the local strategy with global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Restructure and lead the finance team in Mexico.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax, legal, and accounting regulations (SAT, transfer pricing, tariffs).
• Develop and implement cost control and operational efficiency strategies.
• Advise executive leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with global teams to align financial policies and processes.
• Drive change management and transformation in a high-demand environment.

Perfil buscado

• 20+ year's experience in finance within the multinational automotive industry.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and trade regulations.
• Proven track record in rebuilding teams and leading change.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
