Analyze requirements and evaluate candidate skills.

Conduct telephonic and Teams interviews.

Coordinate final interviews with clients.

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Support candidates from offer to onboarding.

Maintain weekly trackers and reports.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers from different countries.

Requirements :

~+5 years of experience in recruitment.

~ Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

~ Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools.
