- Develop, optimize and refine Business Performance Management (BPM) systems, design Cockpit interfaces, and enhance integration with databases.
- Design intuitive dashboards for end-to-end reporting on financial performance with detailed drill-down capabilities, ensuring seamless data visualization.
- Lead the design and deployment of unified reporting frameworks, creating harmonized dashboards for consistency across the organization.
- Continuously improve tools and systems, identifying opportunities for upgrades to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Prioritize and implement system updates and developments.
- Provide training and support to users, developing interactive sessions to ensure they understand and maximize tools' capabilities.
