Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :

Design and implement social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and business objectives.

Content Creation :

Generate, edit, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content optimized for each platform.

Campaign Management :

Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns—including paid ads—to promote products and services.

Community Management :

Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with followers.

Analytics & Reporting :

Track performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Trend Monitoring :

Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration :

Partner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social efforts with broader initiatives

Required Skills : Communication :

Excellent writing and verbal skills; able to craft compelling copy and interact authentically with audiences.

Analytical Skills :

Strong ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven recommendations.

Technical Proficiency :

Skilled in major social platforms, advertising dashboards, and familiar with web content best practices.

Creativity :

Ability to brainstorm and produce innovative, engaging social content.

Time Management :

Organized and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications

, or related field (preferred).

Demonstrated experience in

social media marketing and campaign management

Familiarity with

(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms is a plus.
