Descripción

Main responsibilities are :

• Define the IT strategy to support growth, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency at QIC.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation and digitalization needs, and implement effective tech solutions.
• Lead the systems team, manage technological infrastructure and cybersecurity, and coordinate plans and priorities with the business.
• Drive the adoption of agile tools and improve internal processes, ensuring business continuity.
• Oversee operational processes, provide support to clients and users, and improve productivity.
• Manage IT governance, align tech initiatives with business goals, and oversee the budget.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and risk management projects, and propose innovative digital technologies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and collaborate with QIC business areas and the parent company.

Perfil buscado

Must :

• Studies related to technology
• Leadership expertise in software development teams.
• Over 6 years in leadership or sub-leadership roles
• Technical competencies in system infrastructure, system development and architecture, project management, agile methodologies, and information security
