About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of control systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and implement control systems that meet or exceed customer requirements.

2. Develop and debug PLC code using Allen‑Bradley (Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal) platforms.

3. Commission and troubleshoot electrical control systems : handle start‑up, diagnostics, field wiring, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communications.

4. Perform integrated system-level testing (Low‑volume, High‑volume) and finalize punch‑list items (software, electrical, mechanical) during SAT / FAT phases.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and commissioning teams to deliver complete solutions.

6. Produce technical documentation : Control Functional Specifications, Wiring Diagrams, PLC design sheets, network / IP lists, OEE flow maps, commissioning checklists, and daily / weekly progress reports.

7. Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical support to minimize downtime.

What We Are Looking For :

1. 3+ years of experience in the Material Handling industry.

2. Proven expertise with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, commissioning).

3. Experience commissioning conveyor systems, sorters, or robotics (AGV / AMR).

4. Willingness to travel and work on-site during project deployments.

5. Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate.

6. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or related field.
