REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the product's overall system architecture and technical strategy.

Establish development standards and best practices to guide the engineering team.

Design, build, and ship full-stack features using

TypeScript

React

, and

Supabase

Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Mentor and coach developers to foster their technical and professional growth.

Desired Profile

Proven expertise in

TypeScript

and

React

Strong background in full-stack development and scalable architecture design.

Previous experience leading technical teams and driving engineering initiatives.

Self-starter with high ownership, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

Familiarity with

IAM / SSO

integrations.

Hands-on experience with

Supabase

or comparable backend-as-a-service solutions.

Additional Requirements

Intermediate to advanced English for collaboration with multicultural teams.
