Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Controller with 5–10 years of relevant experience to join our team in Mexico. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of managing complex accounting operations across multiple entities and currencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and oversee monthly closing procedures for financial books
- Consolidate parent and subsidiary financials across multiple currencies
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Manage and mentor a team of bookkeepers
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards
- Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial planning
