Job Purpose
Responsibilities
Monitor faults during your shift and report issues from other areas through SIP, FTQ, and other records, ensuring proper attention and correction of the process.
Approve materials on production lines by comparing requirements against inspections to ensure continuous operation.
Register, segregate, identify, and dispose of non-compliant products by issuing an NCMR for transfer to quarantine areas.
Conduct random monitoring of statistical results as defined in the CEP to identify problems related to instability and low capability.
