Buscamos un Resource Manager que lidere la integración de procesos clave para asegurar la eficiencia operativa, el control de costos y la rentabilidad por cliente. Este rol es responsable de coordinar equipos y recursos, optimizar la operación diaria y proveer información estratégica para la toma de decisiones, siempre en estrecha colaboración con la Dirección de Operaciones.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de operaciones (Delivery Manager, Staff & Pricing Analyst, Skills Workflow Analyst).
• Diseñar y optimizar rate cards por disciplina y rol, colaborando con líderes de área.
• Coordinar la asignación eficiente de recursos (Staff Allocation), equilibrando carga de trabajo, rentabilidad y capacidades.
• Supervisar la rentabilidad de clientes y proyectos mediante dashboards y KPIs, proponiendo acciones correctivas.
• Establecer metodologías de pricing y costeo operativo por proyecto o servicio.
• Proveer información estratégica y oportuna a la Dirección de Operaciones para la toma de decisiones, anticipando riesgos y detectando oportunidades de negocio.
• Elaborar reportes periódicos de Client Profitability para soportar decisiones ejecutivas.
• Impulsar la transformación interna, estandarizando procesos y promoviendo la adopción tecnológica.
• Monitorear el uso eficiente de recursos humanos y financieros en toda la operación.
