Position Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager to provide operational and administrative support across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and proactive, ensuring that leasing, maintenance, and multi‑property coordination run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily portfolio operations, including lease coordination, tenant communication, and notice processing.
- Manage scheduling for inspections, maintenance, and vendor coordination across multiple properties.
- Update records and ensure documentation accuracy in property management systems.
- Assist with lease renewals, rent tracking, and owner / tenant correspondence.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized digital files for each property in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow‑up on tasks and service requests.
- Identify process improvements and maintain operational efficiency across the entire portfolio.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks.2+ years of experience in property management, portfolio coordination, or administrative support.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar tools.Familiarity with U.S. property management workflows (leasing, compliance, tenant relations).Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with AppFolio, Property Meld, RentManager, zInspector, or TenantTech.Basic understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance.Familiarity with workflow or task management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp).Employment Type
