The Opportunity

Reporting to the Mexico, Central America & Caribbean Sales Director, the Account Manager owns the full sales cycle for wear solutions across Central and Southern Mexico, with a primary focus on a tier-one mining customer in Mazapil, Zacatecas. You will prospect, develop and close business, supervise installation and start-up, and provide ongoing inspections and technical support that drive measurable value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pipeline Management – Identify, qualify and nurture opportunities; maintain a 90-day, 6-month and 12-month funnel in CRM (Salesforce).
• End-to-End Sales Execution – Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial & technical terms, secure purchase orders and oversee order fulfilment.
• On-site Service – Support product installation, supervise safe execution, perform wear-life inspections and issue improvement reports.
• Account Strategy – Build multi-level relationships, map decision makers, and grow share of wallet across mines and concentrators.
• Safety Leadership – Champion ME Elecmetal and customer HSE standards; stop work when conditions are unsafe.
• Market Intelligence – Monitor competitor activity, pricing and technology trends to feed the regional business plan.
• Budget & Forecasting – Deliver monthly sales forecasts, margin analysis and territory reports.
