This is a fully remote opportunity, ideally based in Mexico or the Philippines, offering you the chance to work with a global team and contribute to a rapidly expanding company.

What You'll Do :

• Business Development Support : Assist in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and preparing sales materials.
• Customer Proposals & Contracts : Craft compelling proposals, manage contract processes, and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
• General Accounting & Financial Management : Handle invoicing, expense tracking, basic bookkeeping, and assist with financial reporting.
• Operational Support : Manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Founder Support : Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the founders, acting as a key liaison.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity.
