Role Overview
This role is responsible for developing compelling, brand-aligned visual solutions across print and digital formats with a strong focus on retail displays, packaging, and marketing collateral.
Key responsibilities include :
- Designing and producing print-ready graphics for point-of-sale displays and packaging.
- Developing multi-channel marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, signage, and digital assets.
- Creating and adapting artwork across various formats and languages to ensure brand consistency.
- Preparing, checking, and delivering high-quality artwork files for print and digital production.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.8+ years of experience in graphic design / artwork creation preferably in retail, packaging, or agency environments.Strong portfolio showcasing POS graphics, packaging, and marketing collateral.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).Experience with print production (large format, litho, digital, screen) and technical specs.Familiarity with responsive design, social media outputs, and digital reformatting.Advanced fluent English required.Strong typographic, layout, and color skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Video editing and motion graphics knowledge is a plus.Organized process-driven visually exacting.A collaborative team player with clear communication skills.Calm under pressure able to work at pace.Client-focused commercially aware eager to grow creatively and technically.Entrepreneurial-minded with a drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
