Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Strategic Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and have a strong ability to work independently.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, filtering and prioritizing calls and emails, and preparing meeting materials. They will also be required to track and follow up on projects and tasks, prepare reports and summaries, and coordinate communication across departments.Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Manage and maintain the director's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, filter and prioritize calls and emails, and prepare meeting materials.Project Management : Track and follow up on projects and tasks, prepare reports and summaries, and coordinate communication across departments.Travel Coordination : Plan and book domestic and international travel, create detailed itineraries, and ensure the director is fully prepared.Bilingual Communication : Translate documents, emails, and presentations between Spanish and English, serve as an interpreter during meetings, draft formal communications, and act as the primary liaison between the director and internal / external stakeholders.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).Experience : 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.Certifications : Certifications in executive secretarial work or management assistance are a plus.Skills and Competencies : Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, high level of discretion, proactive problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
