Position Summary

The Coder / AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance and automate our business processes. You’ll work closely with operations, customer service, leasing, and maintenance teams to identify inefficiencies and build tools that improve performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation scripts to streamline recurring tasks (e.g., lease renewals, follow-ups, maintenance tracking)
• Develop AI-powered tools for customer support, lead screening, and data processing
• Integrate third-party platforms (CRM, property management systems, accounting tools, etc.) using APIs
• Analyze existing workflows and propose scalable tech solutions
• Support chatbot setup, AI prompt engineering, and GPT-based workflow enhancements
• Create dashboards and reports to track performance and automate data collection
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations and scripts
