Senior HRIS Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the day-to-day operation of our HR systems, primarily Workday.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Data Management : Assist with business process configuration, data entry, report creation, and reporting for HR systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and refine business requirements for HR systems.
• Implementation and Upgrades : Assist with implementation and upgrades of Workday, including change management, training, and communication plans.
• New Functionality : Participate in the design and implementation of new Workday functionality as business needs justify enhancements.
• Testing and Quality Assurance : Create test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing activities upon upgrade or launch of new features.
• Data Conversion and Validation : Execute data conversion and validation activities, resolve issues, and monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of HR systems.
• Reporting and Analytics : Create reports that support metrics needed for the business and provide analysis as necessary.
• User Procedures and Documentation : Work with internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and assist in development and training of internal customers on internal processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance HR systems and processes.
