Job Role :

Finance Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial investments and allocate budgets to industries and activities

Calculate unit incentive and review ROI progress on a monthly basis

Calculate store profit and loss, maintain communication with Key Account managers, and seek better ways to enhance profitability

Interface with the service department, manage service budgets, and improve consumer experience

Analyze financial status of suppliers, complete financial assessments for supplier admission, and provide procurement recommendations

Conduct periodic spot checks on warehouse and store inventory

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Finance or related field

Basic knowledge of finance, including financial modeling and analysis

Excellent communication and expression skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong process thinking skills, good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit

Careful, serious, and responsible attitude towards work

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

English as a working language
