Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead overseas human resource operation projects and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement HR processes that comply with local regulations and international standards;
Conduct regular audits and analysis to optimize process compliance and efficiency;
Lead overseas HR projects, developing standardized toolkits and ensuring seamless data integration;
Maintain HR system data, guaranteeing integrity and supporting module demand analysis and functional testing;

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;

Fluency in English, with proficiency in a third language a plus;

Proven experience in overseas HR operations, project management, or related fields preferred;

Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, as well as success in handling overseas labor disputes or compliance audit cases a plus;

Strong communication skills, multicultural teamwork experience, and structured thinking essential for this role;
