We are looking for a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to join our TLAC (Terumo Latin America) Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in leading planning discussions, enhancing forecast accuracy, and ensuring product availability across the region. Lead S&OP meetings and align forecasts with commercial and financial teams.

Build planning models and conduct scenario-based risk analysis.

Monitor inventory health and develop mitigation plans for slow-moving or obsolete products.

Contribute to performance goals such as forecast accuracy, availability, and obsolescence reduction.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (Master's preferred).

~Advanced analytical skills and experience with planning tools and metrics (e.g., % Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have).
