Effective Site Management Key to Project Success

• Oversee and monitor construction progress on-site through daily site visits and detailed protocols
• Track performance of contractors, ensuring access coordination.
• Validate compliance of works with the approved design package.
• Prepare weekly project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Escalate deviations promptly and propose recovery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Guarantee adherence to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required. Minimum 3 years of industrial experience, with at least 2 years in site management.

Advanced English communication skills are essential (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Visio, CATIA required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, effective communicator, and proactive approach to site supervision and documentation desired.

This is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension, based in Querétaro, Mexico.
