Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Kinaxis Managed Services Consultant to provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of Kinaxis Maestro for a global semiconductor industry customer. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis and a strong understanding of the semiconductor supply chain environment, capable of delivering continuous value through process improvements, issue resolution, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro support.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the Kinaxis Maestro platform.
• Support day-to-day operations (incident management, user issue resolution, service requests).
• Perform data integrity checks, model validation, and integration monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage and implement configuration changes / minor enhancements.
• Coordinate with Kinaxis Product Support or internal teams for escalations.
• Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge sessions.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and validation.
• Monitor SLA compliance and deliver service performance reports.
• Proactively recommend system and process improvements.
