Chief Product Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) Credit Cards to lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital credit card offerings.

In this key leadership role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to create innovative, customer‐centric solutions that set us apart in the market. Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a CPO, VP of Product, or similar senior leadership role within fintech, banking, digital banking, or payments.
• Deep expertise in credit cards, lending, and digital financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‐driven approach to optimizing product performance and driving user growth.
• Hands‐on experience with digital onboarding, risk management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high‐performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, which will be assessed during the interview process.
