Global Operations Manager

Operations Director Job DescriptionThe Operations Director will oversee the daily operation of our manufacturing sites globally and be accountable for all operational aspects.

This role works in close partnership with site leaders and managers to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sites.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Execute operational strategy through Operational Excellence Techniques, Systems and KPIs with an emphasis on safety and healthFinancial Performance : Drive P&L results by partnering with the Commercial and Finance teamsTalent Management : Partner with site and division Human Resource teams to ensure our cultural and engagement commitments are followed through on for site level teamsDecision Making : Evaluate and make recommendations on strategic decisions with significant impact to our manufacturing networkThe successful candidate will have a strong track record of outstanding leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in formulating, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.Requirements : 15+ years' experience of relevant operations and leadership experience required with a minimum of 5+ years in the medical devices industryB.S.
