In This Role You Will

• Receive briefs and identify needs to enhance ad hoc teams for multiple projects, considering objectives, KPIs, resources, vendors, and production
• Create debriefs with information, context, and resources to support the creative process
• Maintain horizontal and transparent communication with clients and teams
• Keep ongoing communication with Marketing Managers within the client team, updating on overall status
• Consolidate feedback from clients
• Offer creative and executional input for marketing campaigns
• Ensure campaigns and assets meet quality standards and the brief requirements
• Create and maintain project agendas, syncs, calendars, and tracking documents to improve team operativity
• Request and supervise budgets
• Maintain constant communication, monitoring the status of every project
• Manage schedules, identify priorities, deadlines, and tasks
• Supervise deliveries to ensure they meet the initial brief requirements
• Lead regional projects across LATAM, acting as the main contact with external partners
• Align and coordinate cross-functional teams for each project : editorial, AV, art, creatives, social creators, among others
• Collect, organize, and distribute assets and supplies for each project
• Provide operative coordination of projects
• Maintain communication with the Operations team and Head of Client
