This role focuses on ensuring the stability and dependability of our network infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Firmware upgrades to mitigate operational risks and enhance network performance.

  • Config refreshes to unblock new capacity and bring devices to a managed state.

    • ", "

  • Supporting operational tickets to respond to critical customer incidents.

    • ", "

  • Automation of routine tasks using scripts and tools.

    • ", " ", "

    Key Deliverables : ", " ", "

  • Complete 60 firmware upgrades per month.

    • ", "

  • Execute 30 config confirmations monthly to maintain fleet updates.

    • ", " ", "

    Requirements : ", " ", "

  • Demonstrated experience with firmware / config updates and automation tools.

    • ", "

  • Adherence to change management process, including pre-change review and backout plans.

    • ", "

  • Comprehensive documentation of changes, validation steps, and lessons learned.

    • ", " ", "

    Working Hours : North America – 7 AM PST to 4 PM PST
