Overview

Develops and implements a strategic marketing plan aimed at increasing the company's brand presence in the Mexican market. Analyzes current structures, programs, and forecasts, and suggests immediate action plans if needed to achieve company objectives over the next five years. Contributes significantly to the improvement of nutrition, personal care, and direct selling markets. Identifies opportunities for development and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing management role.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in MLM is preferred.
• Highly skilled in managing markets, agencies, and communication media.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Negotiation skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Customer and results-oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels, with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
• Effective team player.
• Adaptability to evolving external and organizational environments.
• Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and guide staff.
