Implementation of compensation and benefits program and activities according to global framework and taking legal requirements into account.

Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data in order to provide support with creation of salary budgets and forecasts.

Participation in global process related to Compensation and Benefits

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

~ MS-Office, SAP. Advanced level of English
