Mobile Engineering Lead (iOS / Android)

We’re looking for a Mobile Engineering Lead to drive the design and development of cutting-edge mobile experiences. In this role, you will lead end-to-end projects across iOS or Android, shaping core features like homepage, sales, authentication, and landing flows, while ensuring performance, scalability, and world-class user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of complex mobile features and core app experiences.
  • Architect, maintain, and optimize mobile applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Review code, mentor other engineers, and set high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Backend, Product, Analytics) to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and mobile engineering best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping iOS or Android apps.
  • Deep expertise in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, Combine) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) fundamentals.
  • Strong background in architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, VIPER, Clean).
  • Experience integrating APIs, debugging, and managing app performance.
  • Passion for clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Leadership mindset with experience mentoring teams and reviewing code.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, Ruby, or cross-platform collaboration is a plus.
