Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Participate in client and engagement team interactions, effectively communicating insights and findings.
  • Review audit work papers prepared by team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize audit processes and improve efficiency across engagements.
  • Train, mentor, and support associates by sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Monitor and raise potential issues to managers, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and clarity of communication in all client and internal interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant audit experience; Big 4 or large / mid-tier firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit procedures, and accounting standards. US GAAP preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and audit-related software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
