ROLE OBJECTIVES

The Business Manager is responsible for the construction and execution of the sales plan leadership development on his market through a statregic enclosing 4 main pillars : Planning, Analysis, Coaching and Follow up.

ESSENTIAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train, teach and Support the leadership throung coaching, persuation and motivation to guarantee their goals achievement.
• Provoque meetings or special events with strategic leaders according to each market.
• Analyze field sales and performance to determine effectiveness and identify areas to improve.
• Know the main competitors with their competitive skills and their positioning.
• Identify areas or regions with high growth potential and develop plans to penetrate those markets.
• Develop ande propose sales strategies and tactis for different audiences : consultants and customers depending on the needs identified in their market.
• Communicate launch commercial strategies to the field (incentives, promotions, product launches).
• Follow up on sales compliance and main KPI’s in the region in relation the budget and established goals.
• Analyze the results to detect opportunities and make business decisions.
