About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for Latin American and Canadian professionals under the TN, H-2A and H-2B visa programs. You’ll handle client communication, recruitment and partner relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment for Mexican and Canadian professionals under the TN visa program
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and visa applications
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups
- Manage H-2A case files, data entry, and document collection
- Manage recruitment partners to ensure quality and deliverables
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across multiple systems
