Job Title : Spareparts Manager-Mexico

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive market management strategy for spare parts in the national warehouse, establishing an optimized inventory system, monitoring stock levels in real-time, and implementing effective allocation methods to minimize waste.

2. Implement an inventory control system, tracking stock levels and collaborating with relevant departments to set safety thresholds, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.

3. Analyze market demand, competitor strategies, and customer trends to provide actionable insights for sales strategy development.

4. Establish a logistics tracking mechanism, addressing transportation delays or damages promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Lead and manage the parts sales team, defining work responsibilities, goals, and expectations to foster a high-performing and professional team.

Requirements :

1. At least 5 years of experience in OEM parts warehousing and logistics, preferably with expertise in setup, new energy, and high-end brands.

2. Excellent English language skills, proficiency in office software, and strong communication skills.

3. Able to accept short-term international business trips.

4. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, customer-centric awareness, and effective team management skills.
