We are two repeat founders building in health, longevity, and cutting-edge technology, and we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate (EA / PA hybrid that can grow into Chief of Staff) to help us run both our professional and personal lives.

This is not a typical assistant role. You’ll be a trusted partner, someone who protects our time, anticipates needs, and creates leverage across business, family, and community. The more you take on, the more ownership you’ll gain.

You are analytical and personable. You thrive on spotting opportunities for improvement, driving projects independently, and filtering out the noise so that only the most important priorities reach us. You communicate clearly, take initiative naturally, and love turning chaos into order.

You push the envelope, maximally leveraging AI and systems to streamline work and proactively anticipate and take things off our plate before we ask.

Finally, you want to build close working relationships with passionate, loyal, and fun people, each at the top of their respective fields.

What you’ll be doing day to day

General

  • Support as needed for around 20 hours / week (mostly mornings / afternoons PST)
  • Handle calendar + inbox (scheduling, time audits, first line of defense, draft emails)
  • Prep meetings (bios, context) follow ups, tasks and notes
  • Financial management (expense audits, pay bills, send invoices)
  • Manage documents & database (create, organize, file & update content)
  • Plan events (individual & business events)
  • Plan travel (research and book flights, hotels, vehicles, services, activities,
  • Online research
  • Shop (place orders, find best price on X, snap photo and find online)
  • Handle household admin (find house cleaner, trainer, replenish groceries, etc)

Business

  • Handle community management, communication strategy and other efforts related to our business efforts. The scope you may be assigned will only be limited by your capacity.
  • Research + test new ideas with our guidance
  • Relationships

  • Plan activities (book restaurants, concerts, etc)
  • Meet interesting people (plan dinners / events with folks like entrepreneurs & experts)
  • Health and wellness

  • Coordinate health testing (blood, DEXA, MRIs, VO2max etc)
  • Coordinate top service providers (doctor, chiropractor, dentist, masseuse, trainer)
  • Coordinate courses such as a Wim Hoff course
  • Childcare Related (for 3yo and 8yo daughter)

  • Source childcare (babysitter, tutor, nanny)
  • Research and coordinate schools, summercamps, activities (play dates, lessons)
  • Research & get toys and other items (e.g. furniture, stroller, clothing etc)
  • Coordinate healthcare needs (appointments, providers, services etc)
  • Help coordinate visa requirements, travel, lodging for traveling babysitters
  • Some tools you’ll need

  • AI of all types (chatGPT, etc)
  • Apple products - Mac / iPhone
  • Slack / GSuite / Whatsapp / Signal / FB / LinkedIn / Linear
  • Dashlane (password management)
  • Bonus : Vibe coding experience; if none, you’ll learn on the job.
  • Your goals

  • Within 1 month
  • Master the use of our communication and task management channels
  • Own monthly and social events and coordination for our online longevity community
  • Assist with legal and administrative needs for various corporate entities
  • Own communication with all service providers (housekeepers, babysitters, handymen etc)
  • Calendar all meetings
  • Handle utilities such as phone and internet services, as relevant
  • Coordinate pediatrician visit for both daughters
  • Handle all school communications and planning for our older daughter
  • Research, propose and deliver a set of activities for our daughters in San Francisco
  • Within 2 months
  • Establish a comprehensive list of vetted and tested childcare providers so we are always covered
  • Research, propose and purchase all regularly needed items (clothing, craft good etc) for our daughters
  • Research and propose activities of interest in SF
  • Research and coordinate all child activities and curricular plans for Q4 2025
  • Make sure all calendared events have full context / bios etc
  • Coordinate weekly dinners with 5-8 people, some of which may include a theme and potential content (a movie, presentation etc) and one company event
  • Within 3 months
  • Own all travel planning (research and book flights, hotels, vehicles, services, activities, prepare for our arrival but coordinating shipping of key items)
  • Own all online shopping (place orders, find best price on X, snap photo and find online)
  • Take care of all social planning needs (coordinate events, book restaurants and venues etc)
  • Independently take care of payments and purchases
  • Within 6 months
  • Handle all household admin (finding and managing house cleaner, trainer, replenish groceries, etc)
  • Ensure completion of at least 1 full round of health and performance testing (general physical, blood, DEXA, MRIs, VO2 Max) has been completed. Own all medical and dental insurance communication.
  • Own all childcare scheduling (play dates, lessons)
  • Own childcare research and coordination articulating lessons, key items to buy (e.g. furniture, clothing, apps, books, toys etc)
  • Skills & Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant job experience
  • Experience creating templates
  • Experience drafting reports & communicating clearly to managers
  • Exceptional research ability
  • Complete English Fluency (Bonus : Japanese or Hebrew)
  • Passion for learning and problem solving
  • Progressive & tech-minded - comfortable using business systems & data analysis tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a great academic record
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; knows when and what to communicate; to set expectations and achieve them
  • Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to take initiative, multi-task, and simultaneously handle a variety of projects and competing priorities
