We’re Hiring : Customer Support Specialists

We have 2 open positions on our team

Role 1 : English(C1-C2) + Hindi

Location : Dubai

Role 2 : English C1-C2) + Spanish

Location : LATAM (preferably Colombia or Mexico — Bogotá, Medellín, CDMX, Guadalajara)

What you’ll be doing

  • Helping customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
  • Managing customer requests in CRM systems
  • Collecting feedback to improve service
  • Providing product walkthroughs and assisting with setup
  • Working closely with technical, sales, and logistics teams
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years in customer support or back office
  • Experience in high-volume support (chat, calls, or email)
  • Background in trading platforms, payments, or KYC
  • Problem-solving mindset + strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a shift-based / 24 / 5 setup
  • Experience in FX brokers or crypto exchanges is a must
  • Nice to have : Familiarity with CRM / ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom)
