About the role
As the Senior Manager, Technical Program Management within SHIELD, you will lead a team of experienced Technical Program Managers and Program Managers who orchestrate execution across complex, multi-disciplinary technology and risk domains. Reporting directly to the VP, CISO, this leader will serve as a force multiplier— elevating operational excellence, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring programs deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
You will be expected not just to manage execution, but to set vision, influence senior leaders, and build an empowered team that thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
