Job Description
As a Paid Media Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across B2B and B2C segments.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end paid advertising initiatives across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Translate business goals into media strategies that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Design campaign architecture, including media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative guidance.
- Optimize campaigns using advanced performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, identify areas for improvement, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implement experimentation methods, such as A / B testing and incrementality, to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, lifecycle, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaign integration and brand alignment.
- Promote performance media within the organization, translating technical results into clear business impact.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes with forecasts, benchmarks, and performance modeling.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
At least 5 years of experience managing high-budget Paid Media campaigns with a track record of scaling growth and delivering business outcomes.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Proficiency in Excel / Sheets for data modeling and reporting.Expertise in KPI frameworks, commercial analytics, and budget optimization.Strong foundation in SEM and full-funnel performance marketing.Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, creativity in problem-solving, and business acumen.Certifications in one or more major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), or demonstrable expertise.Desirable Skills
