Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to support and optimize our manufacturing processes, with a specific focus on SMT assembly and Box build systems. This role requires hands-on experience with electronics production, in particular functional tests, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a Radio Frequency environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• In close contact with all the internal stakeholders, the Industrial Engineer shall create the BOM, the assembling specification, set up the functional test means and facilities.
• Drive and act on the DFx in the very early product design stage to ensure the product quality.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by working closely with R&D, and test team.
• Be responsible for the product quality during the NPI, and mass production.
• To be the key interface between the R&D, and the EMS to ensure consistent, accurate, and coherent industrial documentation.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency, yield, and throughput.
• Together with the EMS to set up and optimize SMT line processes, including stencil design, solder paste application, component placement, reflow profiling, and inspection.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and optimize line balancing.
• Conduct time and motion studies, ergonomic assessments, and equipment capacity analysis.
• In the position to assess, and analyze efficient work cells, production layouts, and test, production means and facilities.
• Monitor and improve process performance using statistical analysis and KPIs.
