Descripción del trabajoDe 5- 10 years. English intermediate Office Solidworks Knowledge of the manufacturing process Knowledge of Y14.5 and ASME standards Hands-on design software (SolidWords or Catia) Basic knowledge of Office suite Technical skills based on mechanical and electronic assemblies Integration line balancing Implementation of assembly fixtures and detection controls Flowchart management, assembly route improvements, and fault detection Volume calculations and ergonomic designs on assembly lines Quoting and purchasing assembly structures and fixtures Analyzing customer requirements and defining test cases using different techniques. Review of technical specifications Review of assembly drawings and their potential dimensional conflicts Review of assembly lines and analysis of possible improvements Review of assembly flows and detection of potential assembly failures due to design and assembly issues Generation of DFM reports to be discussed with the client Review of drawings and tolerance analysis.
