At Omron, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Guadalajara.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing orders in JD Edwards (JDE), handling requests via email / phone, providing information on pricing, inventory, and lead times, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
3+ years of experience in Customer Service (preferably in manufacturing or distribution).
~ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – intermediate level).
~ Intermediate English level desirable.
