We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Pricing Operations.

Role Purpose :

Establishing a robust and comprehensive ongoing control and operating environment model for these processes, to ensure the delivery of high-quality market data to consumers.

Delivering analysis and expertise on Market Data, including high-quality MI.

Maximizing usage and quality of in-scope market data.

Main Activities :

Implementing new control and governance standards for market data and maintaining these standards.

• Assessing, understanding, and ensuring effective touchpoints with dependencies such as FRTB, SA, and IMA platforms.
• Collaborating effectively with businesses and functions, representing DaRR in forums and communications.
• Promoting a positive end customer experience, contributing to a controlled and efficient operational model.
• Ensuring fair outcomes for end users and maintaining the orderly, transparent operation of financial markets.
• Managing client escalations and issues across APAC / EMEA for all Pricing Market Data clients.
• Supporting and improving the existing Market Data Management framework.
• Facilitating effective communication with clients across APAC / EMEA.
• Sharing client feedback with the operations team and following through on actions.
• Owning all client queries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Providing expert support for complex client issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Supporting new business opportunities, liaising with relationship managers and clients, and aiding in transition and implementation.
