Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company’s strategic direction and performance expectations.

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards.

Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry.
• Substantial leadership experience in Mexico, including direct collaboration with local OEMs, with a thorough understanding of the international and local automotive market and its stakeholders
• Proven track record managing multi-department organizations, ideally within European companies or with significant exposure to European corporate culture.

Fluency in English and Spanish
