Denna position rapporterar till : EL Sales Support Special.-Sales Process

This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. The work model for the role is : L-Hybrid.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers / channels / Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products / systems / applications.
• Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
• Delivering product / solution / service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.
