We're looking for a People & Talent Partner to be the heart of our Mexico City operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact hybrid role that combines Recruiting Leadership, People Partnership, and HR Coordination . You'll be the local face of our culture — driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.

Partner directly with hiring managers and client leads to define scorecards and KPIs.

Champion our employer brand in the CDMX market and shape nearshore hiring strategy.

Serve as the first-line People Partner for CDMX employees — building trust and engagement.

Organize meetups, rituals, and activities that create belonging in a hybrid environment.

Coordinate with HQ (Mazatlán) on compliance, payroll, and HR operations.

Bilingual (English–Spanish); Familiar with HR tools, ATS systems, and ideally AI-driven sourcing solutions.
