Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and motivate sales teams to drive sales growth, expand the client base, and deliver logistics solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage key accounts, provide excellent customer service, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, monitor market trends, and track sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and solve problems effectively.
