Key Responsibilities :
1. Spearhead supplier performance management, aligning with the company's procurement strategy.
2. Gather and consolidate business requirements for global buying teams, coordinating output deliverables before sourcing events.
3. Coordinate contract implementation in collaboration with sourcing specialists.
4. Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs and SLAs, and report on progress while proactively addressing issues.
5. Develop and oversee supplier development programs to guarantee service and quality agreements compliance.
