Porpose :

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Lead to drive growth and performance across ophthalmology portfolio, with a primary focus on our product for GA (Geographic Artorphy). This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead strategic brand management and contribute to business success in a competitive therapeutic area.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies and comprehensive brand plans for our Ophthalmology Portfolio, targeting competitive advantage and market leadership in Geographic Atrophy indication.
  • Analyze market research, prepare budgets, assess inventory needs, and designs promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the Launch Readiness Process across functional teams to ensure a correct launch in the local market.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders to gather market insights, inform brand strategy, and prepare to decision-making.
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, market share, and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launche and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Conduct business forecasting with a growth-oriented mindset to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage resources efficiently to maximize brand penetration and customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to motivate the team, foster high performance, and develop emerging talent withing the oncology marketing function.
  • Responsible to Lead an Omnichannel Strategy, collaborating with Content Manager, OSO and medical team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Access team to ensure a successful inclusion of the product in public market and gain reimbursement.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor´s degree required, Master´s degree preferred.
  • Minimun of 6 years’ experience the pharmaceutical industry, with a least 4 years in marketing, preferably with Ophtalmology or a related specialty.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches, including new indications and reimbursement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders solve complex problem and work effectively in cross functional teams.
  • Experience with the Legal / Medical / Regulatory review process and local rules and regulations.
